Can I share my username? Why is my account suspended?
No. One username and password can be used by one buyer with up to five IP addresses only.
Any attempt to share the username and password will result in the automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.
I don’t have time, Can you install the template for me?
Sure we can. You can login to your members area and avail the Installation service at $19 per installation. This will cover the installation of Template as it is seen in the Demo Site. No other customization would be done.
Can I remove the copyrights?
Yes! You can remove any logo link in the footer.
Are your products search engine optimized?
Yes, we always make sure our templates,extensions are search engine friendly.
Can I see your products live before I buy?
Absolutely! Each one of our templates can be fully explored through our demo site.
Where do I get support for your products?
Once you have bought our product(s), you will be able to access our support platform for the entire duration of the license. You will find many multimedial tutorials and step-by-step guides in it, that we constantly keep updated so that we can help you manage your theme and troubleshoot various technical issues.
Use the credentials you used to purchase the theme to login: describe your tech issues and our team will respond within 2 working days.
Under what license are the templates & Extensions released?
If I buy and decided I don’t want to use products, can I get my money back?
Yes, we offer a 100% money back program. The refund should be requested up to 14 days from the moment of the payment. Also, note that we will need a valid reason to refund your membership. We can’t accept reasons like “I didn’t realize this product was for platform(Joomla, Prestashop, …)” or “I don’t have enough experience in platform(Joomla, Prestashop, …) to install and customize the Template/Extension”. Why is support slow? What can I do to have a better support experience?
Slow support answers might depend on temporary overloading of requests, which will be solved in short time. Yet, it might also depend on a wrong use of the support platform: after opening or answering a ticket, we hearty suggest you DO NOT update it. In fact, any time you leave a new message in waiting ticket, it is updated, it is added to the end of the support queue and loses priority. This means the more you update it, the longer time you’ll have to wait. Unfortunately it does not depend on us, but on the tool we use to provide support.
Can I buy a “lifetime” license
No, there is no special lifetime formula available at the moment. You can only buy an annual license and renew it before the expiration date with a 20% discounted price.
Can I change the language of the theme?
All of our themes are localized using default Language functionality of the platform(Joomla, Prestashop, …). This means that each of our themes includes one language file which contains all the English terms we have used, allowing our users to edit just one file to translate our themes to any language of the world.
Will the themes work with my extensions(Components, Modules, Plugins)?
Can I use your themes on commercial projects?
Absolutely!. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design and also save time and money. Mind that when you purchase with Single Product license you’re entitled to create only one project (one domain name).
Which browsers, browser versions and operating systems do you test the themes on?
We test all our themes on Internet Explorer 9,10 and 11, the latest versions of Firefox, Safari and Chrome. About operating systems, our themes work independently regardless the operating system you use as long as platform(Joomla, Prestashop, …) is installed correctly. We do not support Internet Explorer 6. If you use Internet Explorer 6 – 7 – 8, please consider upgrading to the latest Internet Explorer to have the best experience with our themes. Alternatively, switch to a different browser, the web will thank you.
I was wondering if you could give me the contact info for a particular designer?
Sorry, our corporate policy prohibits direct contacts with contractually obliged designers.
Is it possible to buy the particular image from the template?
No. According to our Terms and Conditions we never sell the images separately from templates (as well as the templates separately from the images).
Do my clients have to pay additional fee to BestAddon?
No. We charge NO fee against your clients who use our templates and extensions customized by You.
What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the products?
- You may:
- Build a website using the template in any way you like.
- You may not:
- Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
- Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
- Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).
Can I buy a single template or extension?
Of course! We make our templates and extensions available individually for those who are not interested in the savings offered by full membership.
If I buy a single template can I use it on more than one site?
No. With a single site license you can get updates and free support only for one site.
What’s included with a Single Template Purchase?
The cost of any individual template includes the template itself, PSD files and a demo. The extensions included in the demo are pre-installed for you. If you need additional extensions, we urge you to consider purchasing a full membership, which allows you access to all of our templates or extensions at a variety of competitive price points.
Can I purchase a Single Extension?
Absolutely! We make some of our extensions available on an individual basis for those not interested in the savings offered by full membership.
Other extensions are available exclusively to our Extensions Club members. As a reminder, joining our Extensions Club will give you access to every single one of our top-shelf extensions.
I’ve purchased a Single Product. Where is My Download?
Once you’ve purchased a product, you should receive an email with login instructions. Once logged in, simply head over to the downloads tab on your membership page and download your product. If you haven’t received an email, please contact us with the relevant information here. We’ll be happy to help you.
What are the benefits of Club Subscriptions?
As a Templates or Extensions Club member, you’ll be given exclusive access to every single one of our top-rated Templates or Extensions, including all PSD and other source files. You’ll also get priority access to our newest releases for the life of your membership.

How can I join the Club Subscriptions?
Step 1: Click “Join The Club”, select the membership package and make your payment via Paypal
Step 2: If your payment is successful, you can login to access the Member Download Area and you can start downloading instantly. This process normally takes less than 5 minutes.
BestAddon membership fee is one-time fee, or I have to pay extra?
When your membership expires, you can still use all our templates, extensions downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee. However, in order to continue downloading our templates, extensions/updates and access to support platform, renewal of your membership is required.
I have paid for membership but not yet received login details?
Normally, our system creates the account automatically after a successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually.

Is the membership a subscription with automatic renewal?
No, our membership is not a subscription with automatic renewal. It ends automatically when the membership duration expires.
Can I use your templates and extensions after my membership expires?
Of course you can! You will just have no access to updates and the support platform any longer.
Is there a way to upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership anytime by paying the difference between your current and the requested membership.
Can I add more domains after expiration?
No. You will not be able to add more domains. However, all registered and verified domains are life-time licensed for such products. This is applicable for memberships requiring registration of domains for usage and support.
I have paid for my membership, how do I log in?
After you have successfully processed the payment via PayPal, your information is sent to our system and an account is created for you based on your information you previously entered. All what you need to login to the member’s only section of the site use login and password which were passed during the registration process.
BestAddon templates are released on a regular basis?
Yes! 1 or 2 high-quality template will be released every month. More importantly, existing templates will be updated along with the new version of platform(Joomla, Prestashop,…)
Can I customize your templates to suit my need?
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs or your clients. Please make sure any change to our copyright information must be in line with our restrictions.
Can I download extensions built into templates, as shown in the demo? Or Do I have to pay?
All extensions used in the Demo Site are available for download along with the template. No additional fee is required.
After my membership expires, my clients can still use the templates/extensions?
Yes. They can use BestAddon customized templates/extensions without paying any fee to us.
